Professional Delivery and Event Coordination
Schools, churches, businesses and public-event locations receive delivery and pickup according to the scheduled times agreed upon during booking. Before the event, we’ll review the setup surface, access instructions, power requirements and venue restrictions.
Public parks and managed venues may require written approval, permits or a certificate of insurance. Customers are responsible for confirming venue requirements before the rental date. Park service, power, staffing or special-delivery charges may apply when required.

How far in advance should we reserve?
