Enticing Engagements will deliver, set up, clean (as applicable), and properly secure all rental equipment. Upon completion of the event, our team will return for breakdown and removal of all rented items.
Tables and chairs will be delivered to the agreed-upon event location; however, staging (arranging, setting up, or positioning tables and chairs) is not included in standard service. If staging services are requested, an additional fee will apply and must be arranged in advance.
At the time of pickup, all chairs must be folded, stacked, and placed in a single accessible location for efficient retrieval by our staff. Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional labor or service fees.
We are happy to provide setup at public parks and recreational spaces. However, the following requirements must be met:
- Permits & Approval:
The customer is responsible for obtaining all required permits and approvals from the applicable city, county, or state agency prior to the event date. Proof of approval may be required before delivery. Certificate of Insurance (COI):
If a Certificate of Insurance is required by the park or governing authority, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us in advance and provide all necessary details, including:- Correct entity name
- Address
- Any required endorsements or additional insured wording
Please note: Adequate notice must be given to process COI requests.
- Access & Coordination:
The customer is responsible for ensuring that park officials allow access for delivery, setup, and pickup at the scheduled times. - Public Park Service Fee:
Due to the time-sensitive nature of park deliveries and pickups, an additional $100 service fee will be applied to all public park rentals.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, cancellation of service, or forfeiture of rental fees.
- Enticing Engagements reserves the sole right to cancel any rental due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to:
- Sustained winds exceeding 15 mph
- Wind gusts exceeding 20 mph
- Heavy rain, lightning, or hazardous conditions
- Decisions are based on reliable weather sources and on-site conditions.
A suitable power source must be available within 50 feet of the setup area. If power is not available, a generator will be required and can be provided by Enticing Engagements at an additional cost.
If our team arrives and adequate power is not available or arrangements have not been made, this may result in delays, inability to set up, and forfeiture of the deposit and all payments made. In such cases, only a company credit may be issued at our discretion.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
All bookings require a deposit to secure your date and equipment. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. - Cancellations by the customer
- If you cancel your event for any reason, all payments made will be non-refundable.
- A company credit may be issued at our discretion, valid for a future booking within a specified timeframe.
- Weather-related cancellations (Customer-Initiated)
- We monitor weather closely for safety. If severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning) makes setup unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your event.
- No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations initiated by the customer, but a reschedule or company credit will be provided.
- Cancellations by Enticing Engagements (Severe Weather)
- If Enticing Engagements cancels your event due to unsafe weather conditions including but not limited to high winds, heavy rain, lightning, snow, sleet, or other hazardous conditions, the booking will be eligible for:
- A full or partial refund, or
- A reschedule,
- All outcomes are subject to management’s discretion based on timing, conditions, and circumstances.
- If Enticing Engagements cancels your event due to unsafe weather conditions including but not limited to high winds, heavy rain, lightning, snow, sleet, or other hazardous conditions, the booking will be eligible for:
- Same-day cancellations / lack of preparation
- If we arrive and cannot set up due to issues such as:
- No power source within 50 ft
- No required park or city approval
- Unsafe or unsuitable setup area
- You risk forfeiture of all payments, and only a company credit may be issued.
- If we arrive and cannot set up due to issues such as:
- Rescheduling
- One reschedule is typically allowed (based on availability) if requested within a reasonable timeframe before your event.
