Rental Reminders

We’re looking forward to your event! Use this quick checklist to help us deliver and set up smoothly.

Before your event

  • Pay the remaining balance: Final payment is required the day before your event. Use the payment link in your quote. Businesses, schools, and churches may pay by check at delivery only if arranged with us in advance.
  • Check the space and access: Confirm the rental fits, clear the path to the setup area, and cut the grass by the day before delivery. Tell us about gates, stairs, narrow paths, or other access concerns.
  • Point out underground lines and sprinklers: We use 18-inch stakes to secure equipment. Tell us where underground irrigation, water, septic, gas, or other lines are located and where we should not stake. If stakes cannot be used, contact us in advance so we can plan alternate anchoring.
  • Provide power and water: Have a working power outlet near each inflatable and a water source and hose for wet rentals. The inflatable needs its own dedicated outlet. Ask us about a generator if power is unavailable.

If these apply to your rental

  • Tables and chairs: We deliver them stacked; setup is available for an additional charge if arranged ahead of time. At pickup, please fold and stack chairs and keep everything accessible.
  • Park events: Obtain written park approval and any required permits at least seven days in advance. Confirm that inflatables and anchoring are allowed. The $100 park service fee applies to park events.
  • Generators: Monitor the fuel level during your event and provide additional fuel if needed.
  • Overnight rentals: Turn off sprinklers near the equipment. Keep the equipment secure and accessible for pickup.
  • Motorized gates: Keep the gate open while our crew is on the property, through departure.

During your event

An adult must supervise inflatable use. Do not leave equipment unattended, move it, or allow food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, or pets inside. Keep the setup area clear for our crew at pickup.

Weather, changes & questions

Unsafe wind or severe weather may require cancellation. If rain affects your plans, contact us within 24 hours of the event date to discuss rescheduling, subject to availability. See our Policies & FAQs and your rental agreement for the full terms.
