Planning for Parks and Managed Venues
Public parks, apartment communities and other managed properties may require written venue approval, permits or insurance documentation before setup. Customers are responsible for confirming the venue’s requirements and providing accurate setup information.
- Public-park events may require a park service fee
- Written approval and certificate-of-insurance instructions should be provided in advance
- Power must be available within the approved distance or a generator may be required
- The setup surface and anchoring method must be approved before delivery
Additional park, power, staffing or special-delivery charges may apply when required.
Scheduled Delivery and Optional Attendants
Churches, organizations and public-event locations receive delivery and pickup according to the scheduled times agreed upon during booking. We’ll review venue access, equipment placement and utility needs before the event.
Event attendants may be available when needed. Staffing requirements and pricing are discussed during the quoting process based on the attractions, attendance, venue and event schedule.

Can you help us create a package within our budget?
Yes. Share your priorities, expected attendance and budget range, and we’ll recommend a practical combination rather than a predetermined package.
Can attractions serve different age groups?
Yes. We can suggest a mix of family inflatables, sports games and interactive activities based on the ages expected.
Can you set up at a public park?
Eligible park setups are possible with written approval and any required permits or insurance information. Power, access and approved anchoring must also be confirmed.
Can attendants be added?
Attendants may be available when needed. Staffing availability and pricing are discussed during quoting.
How early should we reserve a festival date?
Reserve as early as possible for spring weekends, summer gatherings and fall-festival season. The date is not guaranteed until the required agreement and deposit are completed.

Enticing Engagements provides inflatables, interactive games and event extras for church festivals, community celebrations, outreach events, fundraisers and family days.
We serve Richmond and surrounding communities within approximately 30 miles, including Henrico, Chesterfield, Short Pump, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, Sandston and Ashland. Extended travel may be considered for larger events.
