Delivery, Setup and Attendants
School events receive delivery and pickup according to the scheduled times agreed upon during booking. Our team will confirm equipment access, surface conditions and utility requirements before the event.
Event attendants may be available when needed. Staffing requirements and pricing are discussed during the quoting process based on the selected attractions, attendance, layout and event schedule.
School Event Rental Questions
Can you help us choose attractions for different grade levels?
Yes. Share the grades and expected attendance, and we’ll recommend a balanced lineup with options for different ages.
Can inflatables be installed on pavement or indoors?
Some attractions may be eligible for approved hard-surface or indoor installations. We must review the surface, ceiling clearance, entrances, exits and anchoring requirements first.
Do we need access to electricity?
Inflatables require suitable electrical service within the approved distance. If the venue cannot provide sufficient power, an approved generator may be added to the quote.
Are attendants included?
Attendants are not automatically included. When staffing is needed, availability and pricing are discussed during quoting.
How early should a school reserve?
Reserve as early as possible for spring field days, end-of-year celebrations and fall festivals. Availability is not guaranteed until the agreement and required deposit are completed.

We also serve schools in nearby communities such as Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, Sandston, Short Pump and Ashland. Extended travel may be available for qualifying larger events.
